How much of the Report do you sync back into Sage Timberline Office?
Answer: All tabs in hh2 Field Reports sync back into Timberline except for the Payroll, Attachments and Custom tabs.

Can client access be granted to job specific field reports?
Answer: Yes, it is based up on user permissions within the Field Reports.

Can your Field Reports be customized?
Answer: Yes, we work with our clients in setting up the Custom Tabs section to meet their needs.

Where do you pull in the subs/vendors/contacts from?
Answer: From the address book in Sage Timberline Office.

How many people can log into the system at one time?
Answer: There is no limit as to how many employees can use the system at one time.

Can I select specific criteria to print on the field report?
Answer: Yes, this is done with our batch field report tool.

Once I download the reports into Sage Timberline Office, are they still available on hh2?
Answer: Yes, as long as you are a client of hh2 Web Services your data is available anytime, anywhere.

If we do not use the STO equipment module can we manually upload a piece of equipment?
Answer: Yes, a piece of equipment can be manually added using the create equipment tab.

Can I view RFI and Submittals?
Answer: Yes, a user can be granted permissions to view the RFI’s and Submittals.

If I don’t have Sage Timberline Office 9.5 or higher can I still use hh2 Field Reports?
Answer: Yes, however the data will only reside in hh2 Field Reports.
