Time Tracking
Configureable Timecards
Employees have a customizeable timecard that can be configured for only the cost codes or gl accounts that they regularly use, simplifing the process.
Custom Approval Paths
Approval can be configured for few or many levels, allowing the system to adapt to every companies corporate structure. Approval paths can be set up globally or customized for each job or group.
Prefill Timecards
Timecards can be prefilled from the previous week to make entering time quick and efficient for employees that do similar activities from week to week.
Custom Rules
Setup rules to govern how much time can be entered per week of overtime or vacation pay or any other pay id you wish. Rules can cause alerts, warnings, or errors depending on the severity of the violation. Rules can also be set to varying degrees of severity depending on the role of the user.

Unit Production
Unit production allows the tracking of productivity on the job or group level. Combined with Employee Time, this allows for advanced reporting options to see how profitable and effecient the work is going.

Our hh2 Exporter tool synchronizes on a schedule you specify to synchronize employees, jobs, extras, cost codes, categories, gl accounts, pay id's, certified classes, and others to effortlessly keep your web service up to date.

Equipment
Equipment Revenue tracks the time that the equipment works on each job so that it can be job costed or chalked up to a GL Account. Like Employee Time, equipment revenue has an intuitive timecard inteface allowing quick easy coding of equipment time.
