Beginning July 1st, 2022, hh2 Cloud Services will be offering annual subscription plans. This allows hh2 customers to contract for a full year, pay up front, and get a substantial discount off their subscription fees (12 months for the price of 11, or 8.3% off).
hh2 has been hard at work adding new features to hh2 software. In the last year we have added a new and greatly improved punch clock, subcontractor payment apps, supporting documents, substantiated billing, and a greatly improved vendor portal.
Most of our products have not seen pricing adjustments since 2020. And since then America has experienced historic increases in the costs of goods and services. To offset these costs, hh2 will be implementing a pricing adjustment effective for the July billing period. Our subscription pricing will increase by 5% to 15% depending on the product and tier level. Going forward, we anticipate price adjustments each July to compensate for inflation and increases in product scope.
hh2 is taking a new approach to supporting our customers. We have added a higher paid tier of support where we give more training, more support tickets, training videos, webinars, and one free server migration or key code change per year. We have required Pro-Support for all of our new customers since September of 2021. We anticipate making Pro-Support the new standard over the next few years and will migrate all customers to this plan.
For a limited time, customers who choose to do annual billing will receive 13 months for the price of 11 (16.6% off). You must hurry to get this promotion. After it’s over, only the standard annual discount will apply.
