Strategic Account Executive (SAE)

Are you a sales account executive who knows how to close business and crush their revenue targets? If you’re a hunter, who loves to generate outbound prospects, as well as qualify inbound leads, we need to talk.

hh2 is looking for a rockstar Strategic Account Executive to drive the next phase of growth through outbound prospecting into a captive audience of current customers along with working high-converting inbound leads. Sound like you? Then we need to talk about our best in industry commission structure, and unlimited earning potential.

Be aware, this role is fast paced, hard driving, and setup to help you win - you just need to bring the hunter-mentality-won't-lose-energy and hustle.

What you will do:

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The expectation is 50 dials per day average.
• Identify new, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the Sales team regularly
• Own strategies to increase the revenue by cross selling and upselling
• Actively manage the success of a portfolio of assigned hh2 clients
• Develop a thorough understanding and demonstration capabilities for our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  
  

What you will need:

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (ideally selling SaaS to the Construction market), and a passion for delivering great service to your clients
• Bachelor’s degree with evidence of high achievement in academics and extracurriculars is preferred
• Exceptional ability to demo and address customers’ needs
• Demonstrable experience over-performing in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment
• Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as client-facing presentation skills
• Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• High attention to detail and a consultative, highly tailored client experience
• Outstanding time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Proven leadership experience with an interest in long-term growth
• Team-player mentality.
