Levels of Support

At hh2, we understand that every company's needs are different, which is why we offer a range of support plans to meet your requirements. Our standard support plan comes with every subscription, but for those who need more, our Pro and Pro Plus plans offer additional training materials, unlimited support incidents, and enhanced contact options. Upgrade today to get the support you need to succeed.

Annual Support Incidents

Our support incidents cover any issues that may arise with our solutions, including additional questions related to setup and training. Standard support includes six incidents, while our Pro and Pro Plus levels provide unlimited support incidents. This ensures you get the help from our support team whenever you need it

In-App Chat Support

If you're subscribed to our Pro Plus level of support, our support team is available to help those on your team who administer the account through in-app chat. This makes sure you receive prompt assistance whenever you need it.

Training and Implementation

We offer all hh2 customers 8 hours of standard training and implementation, where we guide them through the setup and familiarize them with the features. Pro subscribers receive an additional 2 hours, while Pro Plus clients receive 4 extra hours of personalized training to optimize their investment.

Supplemental Personalized Training

In addition to the increased hours of training and implementation, our Pro and Pro Plus accounts, we provide supplementary training sessions to train new personnel, review implementation features, or cover topics your organization needs. These sessions are designed to help you maximize the potential of our solutions while providing the most value from our services.

Team Training Events

Pro and Pro Plus subscriptions receive training for groups of employees rather than individualized training. These additional Team Training Events are provided once a year for Pro and twice a year for Pro Plus.

Pro-Support Training Videos

We offer an expanding library of training videos covering a wide range of features for hh2 solutions for our Pro and Pro Plus support subscriptions. Our video library is constantly updated, so you can stay up-to-date with the latest functionality and get the most out of your products.

Pro-Support Training Webinars

Pro-support training webinars are offered once a month to cover a wide variety of features and topics for the hh2 solutions. The webinar are recorded and available to watch at any time.

Professional Services

hh2 offers an extensive range of professional services to expand the benefits you receive from a Pro and Pro Plus subscription.

Server Migration/Key Code Change

If you are adjusting your coding or migrating your accounting system to a new server, the Pro and Pro Plus subscriptions support one of these activities every year.

Quarterly Business Review

Pro and Pro Plus support subscriptions will have one of our account managers will reach out to your team every quarter to schedule a review. During this review, we'll discuss how our products work for you and review any recent feature updates or adjustments that can help improve your experience.

Dedicated Account Manager

Pro Plus subscriptions have a dedicated account manager to help keep track of your subscriptions, notify you of updates, assist with issues, and generally help you succeed with your hh2 solutions.
