  • Fixed an issue in Data Entry where the Payment Date was missing under the Details & Payments section in downloaded PDFs.

  • Resolved an issue where the Commitment name was not displayed in the generated Excel report.

  • Resolved an issue in the Invoice Aging Summary where selecting a different user did not update the filter results.

  • Fixed an issue where cost codes were not auto-populating in the Web AP Cost Code dropdown when typing in the search field.

  • Fixed an issue where the "In Progress" status filter was being automatically applied in the Invoice List page.

  • Resolved an issue in Invoice Aging Summary where user filtering was not functioning correctly.

  • Fixed a bug preventing credit card receipts from exporting to Sage 100 Contractor.

  • Improved validation logic to exclude deleted distributions when saving or submitting invoices in Sage Intacct. (Requires Sync Client 1.31.644.0)

  • Fixed an issue where negative invoices tied to commitments failed to export to Sage Intacct. (Requires Sync Client 1.31.644.0)

Customer Enhancements

  • Updated the Commitment Item Balance to Invoice line to show both ERP-entered invoice totals and hh2 invoice totals.

  • When coding invoices tied to subcontracts or purchase orders in Sage Intacct, default Location, Department, and Item fields now populate from the commitment item. (Requires Sync Client 1.31.644.0)

  • Invoice distributions are now limited to one per commitment item to match Sage Intacct logic.

  • Updated the Invoice Commitment coding pick list to use a modern UI component for a cleaner look.

  • For Sage 100 Contractor, purchase order invoice and unit balances are now displayed in Document Flow. (Requires Sync Client 1.31.644.0)

  • Commitment Name fields in hh2 now populate using the “Reference” field from Sage Intacct. (Requires Sync Client 1.31.644.0)


Remote Payroll

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an error when batch reclaiming a mix of reclaimable and exported time sheets from the Time Approval page.

  • After updating user settings on the Time Sheet page, the screen now auto-refreshes to load the correct pay period range.

  • Resolved an issue where the YouTube link in the web UI directed to an outdated hh2 channel.

  • Fixed an invalid warning message that appeared when updating the timezone for a punch record.

  • For CMiC users, fixed an issue where employee records failed to sync if Job Title values exceeded supported lengths. (Requires Sync Client 1.31.644.0)

  • For Sage 300 CRE (Canada), fixed an issue where employee records failed to sync to hh2. (Requires Sync Client 1.31.644.0)

  • For Sage 300 CRE, resolved an issue where AP invoices with amounts exceeding 10 million would fail to sync. (Requires Sync Client 1.31.644.0)

  • Fixed an issue where Sage 300 CRE commitment change orders were failing to sync due to duplicate detection conflicts.

  • For Sage 300 CRE, fixed a bug that caused duplicate commitment items when item numbers were missing. (Requires Sync Client 1.31.644.0)

  • Resolved a validation issue for Sage Intacct invoices where deleted distributions caused errors.

  • Resolved an issue where Sage 300 AR customers failed to sync if an invalid code was used. The system now prevents invalid data from being created in hh2. (Requires Sync Client 1.31.644.0)

  • Fixed an error when querying AR customers that had a city but no state.

  • Fixed an issue in the Autodesk/Sage 300 CRE integration where $0 lines in Cost Payment Applications synced as invalid distributions.

  • For Autodesk/Sage 300 CRE, expenses now sync using fewer API calls, reducing incomplete or draft records.

  • For Sage 100 Contractor, encrypted employee direct deposit bank account numbers now sync securely to hh2. (Requires Sync Client 1.31.644.0)

Sync Client (1.31.644.0)

The following updates are included in Sync Client version 1.31.644.0. Some items may require a manual deep sync to take effect. Please reach out to hh2 Support for assistance.

Bug Fixes

  • CMiC employee record sync failures due to long text fields.

  • Sage 300 CRE AR customer syncs now validate codes before record creation.

  • Sage 300 AP invoices with values over 10 million now sync as expected.

  • Duplicate commitment items resolved for Sage 300 CRE when item numbers are missing.

  • Negative invoices now sync from Document Flow to Sage Intacct.

  • Validation errors resolved when deleted distributions were mistakenly included in logic.

  • Commitment change orders from Sage 300 PM now correctly update existing records in hh2.

  • Autodesk distribution sync now skips $0 line items.

Customer Enhancements

  • Location, Department, and Item values now populate from commitment items in Sage Intacct.

  • Commitment Names now use the Reference field from Sage Intacct.

  • Foundation PTO Accrual Codes now sync to hh2.

  • Sage 100 encrypted direct deposit bank info now syncs to hh2.
