466-467 Release Notes, July 24th, 2025

This release includes bug fixes for Remote Payroll, Document Flow, and Human Resources, resolving issues with job selection, report accuracy, and preview display.

Remote Payroll

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a crash on the My Punch Clock page when searching for Payroll Groups using brackets [ ].

  • Corrected Labor Hours & Productivity Summary report to display unit hours by job/cost code instead of a grand total.

  • Resolved an issue preventing selection of Child Jobs in the Punch Clock job menu.

  • Removed false error message when viewing employees without a mapped user account.

Document Flow

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a display issue in Document Acceptance where the image preview shifted during approval.

Human Resources

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an error in the Enterprise Location Report when accessing the crew selection pop-up.

iPaaS

Autodesk + Sage 300 CRE

  • Resolved an issue where AP invoices with line items containing sub-items failed to sync.

Sage Intacct

  • Syncing the Department associated with each Job from Sage to hh2 to help provide a default department value when coding transactions. 

Sage 100 Contractor

  • Resolved an issue where the Sage identifiers for commitments failed to sync back to hh2, preventing the reconciliation process from working. 

CMiC Integration:

  • Resolved a sync issue where jobs with a control job set to "All" were skipped. All jobs will now sync correctly from CMiC to hh2. A deep-sync is recommended to ensure all job data is current.
