468-469 Release Notes, August 22nd, 2025

This release includes bug fixes and enhancements for Remote Payroll, Document Flow, and iPaaS, addressing issues with time exports, attachment handling, and sync stability.

Remote Payroll

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where punch warnings were not displaying in the Crew Punch Clock. Warnings now appear correctly next to the associated punch record.

  • For Sage Intacct, resolved an issue where exporting labor time could time out due to high volumes of employee records.

  • For Sage Intacct, corrected an issue where the “undo” feature of labor export skipped employee time records beyond the first 100.

  • Resolved a false warning that appeared when viewing Employee records without a mapped user account.

  • Fixed a display issue on the Time Sheet page where exported time showed as “Reclaim” when additional time was entered and approved.

Document Flow

Bug Fixes

  • For Sage Intacct, fixed an issue where invoices failed to export if attachment creation was unsuccessful. Now, the invoice will still export, and the attachment error will be logged separately.

Enhancements

  • For Sage Intacct, the Department field in distributions is now automatically populated when a Job is selected, based on the Department assigned to that Job.

iPaaS

Bug Fixes

  • Sage 300 CRE: Corrected an issue where Commitment Change Orders could fail to sync back to hh2 if Sage placed them in Job Cost rather than Project Management. Change orders will now sync successfully regardless of module configuration.

  • Sage 100 Contractor: Fixed an intermittent error that could occur when multiple synchronization operations were running concurrently. This resolves failures when exporting employee time or reading employee deduction and direct deposit data.

Platform

Enhancements

  • Updated terminology across Setup pages: all references to “Pay Types” have been renamed to “Pay Codes” for consistency.
