What is the process for entering time via the Time Record Entry page?

Using the Time Record Entry page allows for batch time entries, which is efficient when managing time records for multiple employees at once.

  1. Go to the Time Record Entry section under the Time Management menu.
  2. Select the Payroll Group and the employees you want to enter time for.
  3. Input the hours worked, select the appropriate dates, and assign job and cost codes if necessary.
  4. Review the entries for accuracy and completeness before submitting.
