What options does hh2 have for customer support/

Support Options

hh2 Cloud Services provides various support options, including forums, YouTube videos, and a support ticketing system that covers email, phone, and online conferencing. We also offer an emergency support line if extreme issues develop.

Email

Support tickets can be submitted by sending an email to support@hh2.com. We will typically respond within a few hours after receiving the support ticket. but we order our responses according to severity. so responses could take longer-typically within 24 hours. You can also choose the way in which we respond. We are available to answer support tickets during standard business hours. Mountain Time.

Chat

Support tickets can be submitted via chat. We will typically respond within a few hours after receiving the support ticket, however it can take up to 24 hours. 

As a reminder, support is available to answer support tickets during standard business hours. 8 - 5 PM Mountain Time.

Phone

Currently, phone support is only available to Pro Support Plus customers.  See your rep for details and your support contact line.
