• iOS 13.4 or later. We recommend iOS 15.0 or later for an improved experience.
Android:
• Android 9.0+ or later. We recommend Android 12.0 or later.
• Must have at least 2 GB of RAM
* Devices not running the required OS will not be supported unless upgraded.

Each user accessing our services from the web should have a computer that meets the specifications listed below in order to properly use our services. Microsoft Surface Pro and Microsoft Surface Book are supported using the latest version of the MS Edge browser and Google Chrome.

To ensure seamless data synchronization with hh2 Cloud Services, it's essential to install the hh2 Synchronization Client directly on your accounting system server. To guarantee full support, your server must meet the minimum specifications outlined below. Should your server fall short of these specifications, you can still use hh2 Cloud Services, but please be aware that it will be at your own risk. In the event of any issues that our support team suspects are related to server specifications, an upgrade may be necessary to continue enjoying uninterrupted service with hh2 Cloud Services.
When considering a server upgrade, we strongly recommend ensuring that it not only meets the required specifications but also aligns with the recommended ones for an optimal experience.
