How do I use the new hh2 platform navigation?

We’ve updated the web navigation in hh2 to make it easier to move between the tools you use every day. The new layout organizes pages by workflow and introduces clearer module names that align with our ongoing move toward the hh2 People Platform—creating a more intuitive web experience for you and your team.

What’s different

The new navigation brings together the same functionality you’re used to, now arranged in a way that’s simpler to browse and easier to understand.

Modules now use names that reflect what you do every day:

  • Remote Payroll is now Time Tracking

  • AP is now AP Payments

  • HR is now HR & Benefits

  • Paystubs is now Payroll & Paystubs

  • Field Reports is now part of Field Operations

These updates reflect our effort to unify terminology and improve usability across the platform—not to change what you can do, but to make it faster to get there.


What about the mobile apps?

The mobile versions of hh2 used by field and crew teams do not yet reflect the new module names for Time Trackingand AP Payments.

These updates are planned for release later in October, and we’ll share announcements when the new names are available in the App Store and Google Play.

Until then, you’ll continue to see the original app names (Remote Payroll and Document Flow)—but all functionality remains the same.


Where to find your pages

Each module now includes dropdown menus organized by task.

Time Tracking

  • Time Sheet → Time Tracking > Track Labor Time > Time Sheet

  • My Punch Clock → Time Tracking > Punch Clock > My Punch Clock

AP Payments

  • Invoices → AP Payments > Invoices > Invoices

  • Receipts → AP Payments > Document Entry > Receipts

HR & Benefits

  • My Records → HR & Benefits > Employee Records > My Records

  • Benefit Enrollment → HR & Benefits > Benefits > Benefit Enrollment

Field Operations

  • Daily Logs Calendar → Field Operations > Field Reports > Daily Logs Calendar

  • Work Orders → Field Operations > Field Service > Work Orders


Finding what you need faster

Use the Search bar at the top of any page to quickly locate tools such as Time Sheets, Invoices, or Daily Logs Calendar.

The Get Help button (phone icon) has also moved under your User Profile menu in the upper right corner.


What’s next

A few pages are still being finalized and will appear in upcoming releases. You’ll see those marked in red within the navigation map—no action is needed from you.
