This hh2 release introduces a redesigned web navigation experience, updated product naming, improved search functionality, and key fixes across Time Tracking and Integrations—including Sage 100 and Sage Intacct enhancements for smoother exports and more accurate data syncs.

Platform

New Features

  • Updated Header and Navigation
    A new header and navigation design is now live for all hh2 web users. This update makes it easier to locate key tools and products across the hh2 platform.


    Highlights include:

    • Remote Payroll has been renamed to Time Tracking

    • AP has been renamed to AP Payments

    • Field Reports and Field Service are now combined under Field Operations

    • The Help menu is now located under your User Profile

    • Within Time Tracking, Payroll Groups have been renamed to Approval Groups

    • All configuration and setup pages can now be found under Settings & Configurations

    • Return to your homepage any time by clicking the hh2 icon in the upper left corner

  • Improved Search Results
    The hh2 web search bar now provides more helpful results. Searches will display a clearer description and indicate which product each page belongs to, helping you find what you need faster.

Time Tracking (FNA Remote Payroll) 

Bug Fixes

  • Crew Punch Clock Loading Issue
    Resolved an issue on the My Punch Clock page where the Change Coding modal would fail to load properly and spin indefinitely. The correct fields now appear as expected.

  • Time Entry Not Saving Correctly After Approval
    Fixed an issue in the Time Sheet page where, after approving time, any new time entered for a different job would incorrectly revert to the default coding instead of saving to the selected job cost code.


Integrations (iPaaS)

New Features

  • Auto-Populate Item Code in Sage Intacct
    When coding a distribution in AP Payments (FNA Document Flow) for Sage Intacct, selecting a category will now automatically populate the Item Code based on the default item assigned to that category in Sage Intacct.


    Note:

    All Sync Client users: Update to the latest Sync Client version 26.1.0.
    Sage Intacct users: Perform a deep sync on commitments and commitment items.

Bug Fixes

  • Sage 100 Invoice Export Failures
    For Document Flow users integrated with Sage 100 Contractor, resolved an issue that caused invoice exports to fail when a purchase order in Sage contained blank line items.

  • Incorrect Commitment Totals in Sage Intacct
    For Document Flow users integrated with Sage Intacct, fixed a calculation issue where commitment totals were incorrect if negative change orders exceeded the original value.
