As the Vice President of Channels at hh2, you will lead all aspects of our partner ecosystem, including recruitment, certification, enablement, and revenue generation. You will be responsible for developing and executing a scalable go-to-market strategy in collaboration with your team and cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can drive growth through indirect sales channels, particularly within the Sage ecosystem. This role reports to the CRO.

 

What you will do: 

Channel Strategy & Leadership  

  • Design and implement a scalable channel ecosystem tailored to the construction industry. 
  • Provide strategic direction and thought leadership for hh2’s channel initiatives, with a focus on the Sage partner network. 

Partner Development  

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners. 
  • Develop and execute partner enablement programs to drive pipeline and bookings growth. 
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing programs and strategic plans that generate awareness and demand. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration  

  • Work closely with Channel Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and execution of channel initiatives. 
  • Identify and remove tactical barriers to channel sales growth. 

Team Leadership & Influence  

  • Mentor and guide team members across departments, fostering a culture that reflects HH2’s values. 
  • Lead through influence in a matrixed organization, aligning stakeholders around shared goals. 

What you will need:  

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. 
  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful channel programs. 
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the technology sector, ideally in SaaS or construction software. 
  • Deep understanding of indirect channel sales models and partner ecosystems. 
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a results-driven mindset. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills. 
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a passion for driving growth.
