This release includes Time Tracking updates for iOS (1.318.0) and Android (1.301.0), focused on improved stability, stronger validation enforcement, signature and sync reliability fixes, expanded Spanish translation support, and refreshed branding across key timecard screens.

Enhancements

Branding and UI Refresh (iOS & Android)
Updated multiple Time Tracking screens with a refreshed visual design and improved icons, including:

  • Home screen payroll group selection

  • Period date selection

  • Weekly timecard (phone and tablet)

  • Daily timecard (phone)

  • Equipment daily timecard (iOS phone & iPad)

  • Crew Punch screen (iOS)

Improved Geofence Location Accuracy (Android)
Enhanced location detection when punching in at a job site to reduce incorrect location warnings.

Expanded Spanish Translation Support (iOS)
Updated hardcoded text and corrected untranslated screens to fully support Spanish language environments.

Background Sync Reliability Improvements (Android)
Improved background synchronization across punch clock, timecards, equipment, and related modules to ensure more consistent data syncing between mobile and web.

Bug Fixes

App Stability Improvements (iOS & Android)
Resolved multiple issues that could cause the app to crash, including:

  • Navigating daily calendar views

  • Selecting period dates on tablets

  • Tapping Done on an empty timecard cell (iOS)

  • Deleting logs that could trigger memory errors

  • Signature process loading indefinitely on tablets

Timecard Validation & Required Field Enforcement (iOS & Android)
Fixed several issues where required fields (Job, Cost Code, Category, Unit Descriptions) were not properly enforced, including:

  • Saving timecards without required fields

  • Missing validation on historical records

  • Required category rule inconsistencies

  • Unit description requirements not enforced

Validation logic now applies correctly across daily and weekly timecards.

Punch & Attendance Corrections (iOS & Android)
Resolved issues affecting punch accuracy and order, including:

  • Punch Out creating incorrect Punch In records (iOS)

  • Punch times recording incorrectly

  • Manual punch edits causing duplication

  • Punch added from web causing Android crash

Signature Improvements (iOS & Android)
Fixed issues where:

  • Signatures entered on mobile were not visible on web

  • Signature icon did not update after saving

  • Server errors logged after saving a signature

Time & Equipment Entry Fixes (iOS & Android)
Resolved multiple inconsistencies including:

  • Copy Time not functioning properly

  • Copied comments not appearing until refresh

  • Equipment time entries not refreshing after deletion

  • Editing unit values incorrectly summing old and new values

  • Employees duplicating on timesheets

Sync & Calculation Corrections (iOS & Android)
Fixed issues where:

  • Hours entered on mobile did not sync to web
