Improved resiliency for commitment and commitment change order creation through the hh2 iPaaS APIs for Sage 300 CRE. The export process now includes enhanced retry logic to handle situations where the Sage 300 CRE commitment API is temporarily unable to process a request, reducing generic export errors.
