Payroll

Time Sheet Import Rules Now Applied to Payroll Exports

Time sheets exported to hh2 Payroll will now follow the Import Rules configured within Payroll. This ensures time sheet data aligns with payroll processing rules when it is pushed from hh2.

Preview Accounting Entries Before Posting Payroll

The Post-to-Accounting page now allows users to generate and preview the general ledger and job cost entries that would result from a payroll run while the payroll is still in Pending status. This allows teams to review the entries before posting to the accounting system. The preview generates entries for review only and does not post them to accounting.

Improved Reliability for Sage 300 CRE Commitment Exports

Improved resiliency for commitment and commitment change order creation through the hh2 iPaaS APIs for Sage 300 CRE. The export process now includes enhanced retry logic to handle situations where the Sage 300 CRE commitment API is temporarily unable to process a request, reducing generic export errors.
