People Platform HR
Enhancements
Employee Onboarding Invitation Email Update
Updated the Employee Onboarding Invitation email to reflect the latest hh2 design, providing a more modern and consistent onboarding experience.
ATS-Only Permission
Added a new permission that allows HR users to access only the Applicant Tracking page, providing more control over recruiting access.
Payroll
Enhancements
Unlock Payroll Permission for Payroll Managers
Payroll Managers can now unlock payroll runs after they have been locked, allowing for corrections without restarting the process.
Note: To receive this updated permission, users will need to remove and reapply their Payroll Manager permission.
Certified Fringe Benefits Access
Certified Fringe Benefits and Fringe Benefit Package pages are now available within the Certified Projects page, improving access to certified payroll information.
Bug Fixes
Time Sheet Export Cleanup
Resolved an issue where deleted time sheet units created empty pay lines during export to Payroll. Empty lines are no longer generated.

Sage 100 Canada Tax Calculation Fix
Corrected an issue where retainage incorrectly reduced tax amounts. Tax is now calculated based on invoice subtotal and tax rates.

Positions Configuration Page

Sage 300 CRE: Payroll Run ID in Transactions
Payroll run IDs are now included in the Reference 1 field when posting payroll transactions to Sage 300 CRE, improving traceability.
Sage 300 CRE: Improved Error Visibility
Errors or rejections during payroll posting are now returned and visible on the Post to Accounting page.
Sage Intacct: Improved Error Visibility
Errors during payroll posting are now surfaced back to hh2 and visible on the Post to Accounting page.
Cost Code and Category Overrides
Added support for override tags in payroll posting configuration, allowing cost codes or categories to be overridden for specific transaction types such as employer taxes or benefits.

Sage 300 CRE: Direct Cost Transaction Type
Corrected the transaction type for direct cost entries to ensure they are properly categorized as payroll-related.
Sage 300 CRE: Zero-Dollar Transactions
Resolved an issue where zero-dollar transactions caused posting failures. These transactions are now excluded.
Sage 100 Contractor: Payroll Unit Export Retry
Fixed an issue preventing payroll units from being re-exported after a failed attempt.
Sage 300 CRE: Direct Cost Macro Failures
Resolved issues with direct cost macro processing that previously required manual intervention.
Time Tracking: Employee Field Syncing
Corrected an issue where all employee fields were syncing regardless of configuration. Only selected fields now sync as expected.
AP Payments: Spectrum Invoice Syncing
Fixed an issue where Units and Unit Cost were not populating when syncing invoices to Trimble Spectrum.
