Units and Hours Entry on Time Sheet The Time Sheet page now displays two separate entry fields — Units and Hours — for pay codes configured as 'Units with Hours,' allowing Per Diem employees to record both unit-based pay and hours worked for PTO accrual.
Punch Clock Support for 'Units with Hours' Pay Codes The Punch Clock now supports 'Units with Hours' pay codes, enabling employees to record both Units and Hours through the punch workflow.
Punch Clock Reconciliation Rows on Time Sheet Time rows created by Punch Clock reconciliation for 'Units with Hours' pay codes now appear on the Time Sheet and Time Record Entry pages with both Units and Hours fields displayed, completing the end-to-end punch workflow for these pay codes.
Time Sheet Export Validation Time Sheet export validation errors are now visible in the UI, allowing Payroll Admins to identify and correct issues such as missing job cost coding, clock numbers, pay code values, or job addresses before exporting to their accounting system.

Units and Hours CSV Export Mapping Payroll exports now correctly map Units and Hours values for 'Units with Hours' pay codes to their respective CSV columns, ensuring Per Diem pay and PTO accrual hours are processed accurately.
Employee FLSA Exempt / Non-Exempt Status Every employee record now clearly displays FLSA Exempt or Non-Exempt status. Payroll Admins can update that classification directly from the employee's payroll setup to ensure consistent, accurate compensation and reporting decisions.

Sage 300 CRE: Job Location Sync from Cost Account When Sage 300 CRE Job Cost settings use the "By Job" cost account retrieval method, hh2 now parses the account prefix from the full account number to populate the Job's Location (Division) in hh2, ensuring the correct Division is used for payroll GL mapping.
Note: Sage 300 CRE users should perform a sync of jobs to pick up the newly supported fields.
Sage 300 CRE: Job Burden Percent Field Sync The Burden Percent field defined on a job in Sage 300 CRE now syncs to the corresponding Labor Burden Percent field on the job in hh2, supporting labor burden calculations within the hh2 Payroll module.

Bug Fixes
Foundation: Head of Household Filing Status Sync Employees using Foundation's "Head of Household" federal filing status were previously blocked from syncing to hh2, causing dependent employee records to fail as well. The HH filing status is now recognized and mapped correctly during employee sync.
Note: Foundation users should perform a sync of employees to pick up any employees previously missed due to this filing status.
