The Password Reset email has been updated to use the new hh2 email template for a more consistent and modern customer experience.
Updated Password Reset Page Design
The Password Reset page within the People Platform has been refreshed to use current hh2 design standards and components.
Site Search Links to Mobile Apps Fixed
Resolved an issue where searching for Mobile App pages in the site search could link to broken App Store pages.

Field Reports: Daily Log Header Details Missing
Fixed an issue where summary details in the Daily Log header were not displayed after creating a new log when the Log View was set to Tabbed.

Enhancements
Improved Time Sheet Submission Error Messaging
Enhanced the Time Sheet submission process to Payroll to return clearer error messaging when Time Sheets cannot be submitted.
Expanded Payroll Export Support for Units and Flat Amounts
Payroll exports now support submitting Time Sheets with Flat Amounts or Units, in addition to the existing support for Hours.

Units Duplicated When Updating Cost Codes
Resolved an issue that caused Time Tracking units to duplicate when cost codes were updated within the Edit Time Record modal.
Clear Time Record Behavior Improved
Added a Delete button to the Edit Time Record modal, allowing users to clearly delete entire units instead of relying on the Clear Time Record action.
AP Payments

Receipts Open in a New Tab
Receipt Detail pages now open in a new browser tab, allowing users to return to the Receipt List page while maintaining their existing filters.
People Platform HR

Links Added for New HR Mobile Apps
Settings & Configuration pages now include direct links to the iOS App Store and Google Play Store for the new People Platform Employee HR mobile apps.

Sage Intacct: Default Pay Code Category Support
For Sage Intacct customers using hh2 Time Tracking, Default Standard Category settings on Pay Codes and in Time Tracking Configuration are now respected when exporting employee time.
If time is not coded to a category, the system will use the Pay Code’s default category, or the Time Tracking Configuration default if none is specified.
Bug Fixes
Synchronization Operations Stalling Resolved
Fixed an issue where synchronization operations could become stuck waiting on other operations that no longer existed.
Sage 300 CRE: Employee Sync Failure Due to Location Dependency
Resolved an issue where employees failed to sync from Sage 300 CRE to hh2 when the employee’s pay group or department identified a GL account prefix.
Accounting Sync Page Accessibility Restored
Resolved an issue that prevented access to the Accounting Sync page on the tenant website, which also impacted desktop sync functionality.
Customers using the hh2 Sync Client should ensure they are on the latest version to receive iPaaS fixes included in 26.8.0.
