This release includes improvements to Time Tracking record management, expanded Payroll Run flexibility, and multiple iPaaS fixes to improve cost code synchronization, payroll posting accuracy, and division syncing for Sage customers.

Delete Option Added to Edit Time Record Modal
A Delete button has been added to the Edit Time Record modal, allowing users to clearly delete entire units. This improves usability by providing a more intuitive alternative to the previous Clear Time Record action.

Support for Adding Additional Time Sheets to an Open Payroll Run
Payroll now supports submitting additional Time Sheets to an already opened Payroll Run after the initial batch has been submitted. This allows administrators to add newly created or missed Time Sheets without restarting the payroll process.

Sage 100 Contractor: Cost Codes Not Available During Payroll Entry
Resolved an issue where cost codes were not appearing in the cost code list during the enter-time step of the payroll process for Sage 100 Contractor customers using hh2 People Platform.
Post Payroll: GL Account Code Not Found Error
Resolved an issue that caused a “GL Account Code Not Found” error when using the Create Entries function on the Post to Accounting page. The issue was related to a decimal separator in the account number and has been corrected.
Division (Location) Sync Issues Resolved
Resolved an issue where divisions were not syncing correctly from ERP systems into hh2 People Platform.
For Sage 100 Contractor, divisions represent Departments.
For Sage 300 CRE, divisions represent GL Account Prefixes.
For Sage Intacct, divisions represent Locations.
Sync Notes
There is a new Sync Client version available. Customers should ensure they are on the latest version to receive iPaaS updates included in 26.9.0.
