Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team at hh2 Cloud Services. As a Regional Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within a designated region. A Regional Account Executive at hh2 will be asked to have a thorough knowledge of our products and ensure that the software meets the needs of our clients, visit client locations to build relationships and close deals, be communicative with prospective clients, and meet competitive booking targets. 


Responsibilities Include: 

Business Development: Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the assigned region. 

Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals and contract negotiations. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple leads to achieve sales targets and quotas. 

Client Engagement: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key decision-makers in target organizations. Understand their business objectives, pain points, and challenges to position our software solutions effectively. 

Solution Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our software products, highlighting how they address specific client needs. 

Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 

Sales Reporting: Keep thorough records of sales activities through Salesforce.  

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, quarterly quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the company. 

Evangelize: Be visible and available for customers and partners while being a viable force at conferences and other industry events.  

Skill Set: 

  • 5+ years of Account Executive experience 
  • Relevant sales experience, preferably in a SaaS organization 
  • Industry knowledge and experience in Construction Software Solutions 
  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contract 
  • Excellent communication skills both with customers and within the organization 
  • Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively 
  • Experience presenting to senior managers and the C-suite 
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying process 
  • Takes an active interest in increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships 
  • Proficient in logging sales pipeline in a CRM, Salesforce experience preferred 
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptive 
  • Some travel required
