New Mobile Design
We rebuilt AP Payments for mobile from the ground up. It's the same module and the same data, with a fresh look built for the field: bigger touch targets, easier-to-read text, and hh2 Navy and Orange branding. It's designed for one-handed use on a job site.
Receipt Capture Wizard
Snap a photo of a receipt, confirm the details, and add distributions, all in one guided flow. Tap Auto-OCR and the app reads the receipt and pre-fills what it can.
Distribution Wizard
Code each line to the right job, cost code, category, and amount with guided steps. A line strip at the top of the screen shows every split at a glance and flags any line still missing a cost code.
Filter Chips
Tap All, In Progress, Review, On Hold, or Approved at the top of your invoice list to see exactly what you need. Tap the chip again to clear the filter.
One-Tap Workflow Actions
Approve, hold, reject, route, or dispute an invoice right from the detail screen. No extra taps or screens needed.
Batch Coding and Approval on Tablet
Select multiple invoices at once in the Distribution Worksheet and code or approve them together.
Works Offline
Capture and code receipts with no signal. Everything saves to your device and syncs automatically once you're back online.
