Automatic HR Role Assignment for Employee Associations
When user accounts are mapped to employee records, hh2 now automatically grants the Employee Site Role. This provides immediate access to the My Records and My Paystub pages without requiring manual updates.

Sage Intacct customers can now enable a System Setting allowing the Payment Date on an invoice to be set before the Accounting Date, offering greater flexibility for payment scheduling and reconciliation.

Updated System Settings Navigation
The tabbed layout within System Settings pages across all hh2 modules has been updated to use new navigation components, providing a more consistent and intuitive user experience.

Bug Fixes
Company Address Updates – Fixed a bug that prevented users from saving changes to a site’s Company Address within System Settings.
Password Reset Display Issue – Resolved an issue where password reset error messages overlapped the Reset My Password button. Errors now appear in new toaster notifications.
Login Error Message Display – Resolved an issue where invalid credential errors overlapped the login button. These now display as toaster notifications for improved visibility.

Foundation – Child Jobs Syncing
For users of Foundation, job syncing in hh2 now respects the Foundation setting that determines whether phases are used. If phases are not used, sub-jobs will no longer sync to hh2, and cost codes will exist under the primary job. If phases are used, they will sync to hh2 as sub-jobs, with cost codes organized under their respective sub-jobs.
Autodesk – Materials Stored Values for AP Invoices
For users of the Sage 300 CRE and Autodesk integration, cost payment applications in Autodesk that include Materials Stored will now sync to Sage with the incremental material amounts correctly reflected in the total.
