Release Notes, 26.6.0, December 18th, 2025

This release includes improvements to Time Tracking cost code validation, expanded access to Time Tracking configuration pages, multiple iPaaS integration fixes across Sage, Autodesk, and Acumatica, a bug fix for email-acquired invoices in AP Payments, and an update requiring a Sync Client deep sync for Sage 100 CRE job data.

Enhancements

Time Tracking Configuration Pages Available Within Module
Time Tracking configuration pages that were previously only available under Settings & Configuration can now also be accessed directly from within the Time Tracking module. This improves navigation and makes setup more intuitive for administrators.
A sync is required for this update.


Bug Fixes

Time Tracking: Auto-Fill Cost Code Validation
Resolved an issue where the Auto-Fill feature on the Time Sheet page did not properly respect whether an Approval Group was configured to use Standard or Job-Specific Cost Codes when validating active and inactive cost codes.

AP Payments: Duplicate Invoices from Email Acquisition
Corrected an issue where invoice documents acquired via email could be duplicated during document acceptance.

Enhancements

Sage 100 Contractor: Syncable Hours Configuration
Added a new setting, Use Automatic Syncable Hours, allowing administrators to define a specific time window during which automatic sync operations may occur. This enables Sage 100 Contractor database maintenance tasks to run outside of scheduled sync windows.


Bug Fixes

(Hotfix) Invoice Access for iPaaS-Only Customers
Resolved a permissions issue that prevented iPaaS customers who do not use AP Payments from accessing the Invoice List page. Invoice access has been restored.

Autodesk → Sage 300 CRE: Commitments Syncing
Resolved an issue that prevented commitments from syncing from Sage to Autodesk when that data directionality was configured.

Acumatica: Employee Time Export Failure
Resolved an issue that caused employee time to fail during Labor Export when using the Automatic export method with Acumatica.

Union Class API: Version Parameter Filtering
Resolved an issue where the version parameter was not correctly applied when querying union classes via HR endpoints. Version filtering now functions as expected.


Sync Client

Bug Fix

Sage 100 CRE: GL Account Prefix for Jobs
A correction was applied to ensure the GL Cost Account Prefix is returned when syncing job data created in Job Central.

Sync Client users must download and install the latest Sync Client (version 26.6.0) and perform a deep sync of Jobs for this update to take effect.

To support upcoming performance improvements, hh2 will begin sending some outbound traffic from an additional IP address.


If your organization restricts outbound traffic to approved IPs, please add the following:
