Improved Notification Email Delivery
The following People Platform notification emails are now delivered through an improved People Platform HR email system for more reliable and consistent delivery:

Bug Fixes
Paycheck Notification Email Link Fix
Fixed an issue where the "View Paystub" button in the paycheck notification email incorrectly linked to onboarding instead of the employee's pay stub. The button now links to the correct pay stub.

Enhancements
Sage 100 Contractor Billing Quantity for T&M Billing
When posting payroll to Sage 100 Contractor, job cost detail records now include a Billing Quantity value populated with hours worked, enabling Time & Materials billing calculations to reference labor hours directly from job cost records.
Revert Posted Entries After ERP Deletion
Payroll Managers can now revert a posted payroll's GL entries after they've been deleted directly in the ERP, allowing the underlying issue to be corrected and payroll re-posted. hh2 verifies with the ERP that the transactions were removed before clearing the posted status; if verification fails, the posted status is preserved and a clear message is displayed.

Post Payroll Error Handling for Already-Posted Transactions
Fixed an issue where running Create Entries on a payroll that had already been exported and posted returned a generic error instead of correctly reflecting the posted status. Posted payrolls now properly block re-running Create Entries.
Burden Calculation Rounding Fix
Fixed a rounding issue in payroll burden calculations that could cause debits and credits to be off by a penny. Burden amounts are now rounded at the individual transaction level, ensuring summarized debit and credit totals always balance in the GL export.

CMiC Payroll Export Reliability Fix
Fixed an issue where CMiC payroll exports that had previously succeeded could become stuck in the upload queue, preventing time records from being created in CMiC. Payroll exports to CMiC now process successfully.

Read Time Sheet Signature Status
Vyki can now answer questions about missing or submitted time sheet signatures.
Approval Group-Based Search Filtering
Improved Vyki's ability to filter results based on employee Approval Group assignments.
Multi-Pay Code Group Support
Improved Vyki's ability to read pay codes when multiple Pay Code Groups are assigned to a single Approval Group.
Payroll Export Status Awareness
Improved Vyki's awareness of when time sheets have been exported to Payroll and units are locked from further edits.
Export Results to Excel
Vyki can now export result tables to a downloadable Excel file.

Overtime Hours Calculation Fix
Fixed an issue where Vyki created new overtime units instead of updating existing regular-time units when adjusting time sheets for compliance.
Sick/Vacation Hours Compliance Fix
Improved Vyki's ability to exclude sick and vacation hours when calculating total straight time worked toward compliance thresholds.
Daily Comments Visibility Fix
Fixed an issue where Vyki was sometimes unable to read daily comments entered on a time sheet.
Compliance Auto-Fix Timing Fix
Fixed a timing issue where Vyki could approve time sheet units before compliance updates were completed, which sometimes created duplicate unapproved units.
Manual Review Approval Fix
Ensured Vyki only auto-approves time sheets that are compliant and don't require manual review from the Payroll Manager.
Payroll Manager Summary Email Label Fix
Fixed a labeling issue in the Payroll Manager Summary email where the "Still Awaiting Approval" section showed total hours pending approval but was mislabeled as a count of time sheets.

Sage Intacct Commitment Item Number Display Fix
Fixed an issue where Sage Intacct commitment item numbers displayed shifted by one (e.g., items 1, 2, 3 showing as 0, 1, 2). Commitment item numbers now display correctly. Export data was never affected — only the displayed numbers.
