Enhancements
Vyki Answers Reflect the Latest Data Vyki now checks for the latest data every time you ask a question, even if you ask the same question twice. If you update a time entry, comment, or approval, Vyki's next answer reflects that change. You never have to start a new chat to get accurate information.
Vyki Audit: Manually-Entered Time vs. Punches You can now ask Vyki to flag Punch Clock entries that were typed in by hand instead of captured by a punch. This makes it easy to review hand-entered time without checking every record yourself.
Vyki Audit: Hand-Entered Hours vs. Punch-Derived Hours Vyki can now find regular hours that were typed on the time sheet instead of pulled from a punch. It also finds punches with no matching regular hours. Filter by salary or hourly employees to confirm hourly staff are punching in and their hours are coded correctly.
Vyki Audit: Missing or Incomplete Punches Vyki can now find missing or incomplete punches, like a punch-in with no punch-out. This helps you catch and fix time gaps before payroll closes.
Vyki Audit: Punches Outside the Job Site Vyki can now flag punches recorded outside a job site's GPS boundary. This uses the geofencing hh2 already supports, so you can quickly review off-site punches.
Vyki Audit: Who Changed a Punch, and When Ask Vyki which punch times or codes were changed and by whom. Vyki shows the original punch, the new value, and the name of the person who made the change, giving you a clear record of every time edit.
Vyki Audit: Break Compliance Vyki can now answer questions about breaks, like which employees punched in but skipped their lunch. Vyki tells the difference between lunch and other break types and leaves out employees who didn't work that day.
Vyki Excludes Inactive Employees From Results Vyki now leaves inactive and terminated employees out of search results by default. You'll only see current, active staff unless you ask for more.
Bug Fixes
Vyki Actions Now Confirm Their Outcome Fixed an issue where a Vyki action would fail or return an unclear result, forcing you to ask again. Vyki now completes the task and clearly confirms what it did.
Overtime Correction Fix Fixed a bug where Vyki's overtime compliance correction reduced regular hours without adding the matching overtime. Corrections now add the offsetting overtime hours, so time sheet totals stay accurate and compliant.

Job Address Verification No Longer Blocks Payroll Fixed an issue where payroll processing could get blocked by a job address verification error, even when the job had a valid address on file. Addresses are now verified as expected. If an address still can't be verified, correct it in hh2 to clear payroll for processing.

Sage 100: AP Invoice Export Error Fixed Fixed an issue where some AP invoices failed to export to Sage 100 with an unclear error message. Invoices now export to Sage 100 as expected.

Sage 300 CRE: Group Cost Codes No Longer Sync to Payroll Fixed a bug that synced Sage 300 CRE group cost codes into hh2 Payroll, where they have no use. Group cost codes are now excluded from every sync.
Sage 100: Faster Cost Code Sync Fixed a performance issue that made Sage 100 cost code syncs take 40 minutes or more for some customers, which could lock the Sage database and interrupt budget saves. Cost code syncs now finish in seconds.
