hh2 Has a New Look—and It’s All About You

We’ve made some big changes at hh2—and they’re all designed to make your job easier.

Starting October 9, you’ll notice a fresh new look across the hh2 platform. But this isn’t just a facelift. We’ve reorganized, renamed, and refreshed our tools to better reflect how construction teams actually work—making it faster to find what you need and easier to use the tools you rely on every day.

A Clearer, More Intuitive Experience 

One of the biggest updates is our new platform navigation. The goal? Less searching. More doing. We’ve restructured menus by task and simplified product names to make it more intuitive for both the field and the back office.

Here’s what’s new:

• Remote Payroll is now Time Tracking

• Document Flow is now AP Payments

• HR is now HR Management, includes payroll, onboarding, PTO, benefits, employee portal, and more (available Oct. 15)

These updates are about more than branding—they’re part of our larger vision to unify your workflow under the hh2 People Platform, making it easier to manage people, payments, and projects all in one place.

Smarter Search, Smoother Navigation

The redesigned header and improved search bar help you find tools faster. You can now see which product each result belongs to—so you’re not clicking around guessing. And if you ever need to get back to your homepage? Just click the hh2 logo.

Plus, the new Settings & Configurations section puts all your setup tools in one easy-to-access place.

What About Mobile?

Mobile app name changes for Time Tracking and AP Payments are coming later in October. You’ll still see the original names in the App Store for now, but don’t worry—all the features you rely on remain the same.
