Yes, hh2 supports coding to any number of Pay ID's, including PTO, Vacation, overtime, etc. 

You can schedule hh2 to automatically sync with your Construction ERP however frequently you want, whether its every 10-15 minutes, every hour, or daily. You always can trigger a manual sync whenever needed. 

You can have up to 10 levels of approvals in Remote Payroll. 

If you do not use the Payroll module within your ERP, hh2 will pull over the jobs and cost code, as well as GL data. If you use a third party to process payroll, such as ADP, you easily can import (via CSV/Excel file)  employee info and pay types manually.
