General Settings

Setting	What it controls
Cache time	How often the app refreshes data from the server. The default is 15 minutes.
Upon approval	Choose Go to next document if you batch-process. Choose Do nothing if you prefer to confirm each move.
Upon open	Choose what appears first when you open an invoice — Notes, History, or Summary.
Vendor insurance expired	Display a warning, block approval, or do nothing. Match this to your company policy.
Sort documents	Invoice date (oldest or newest), Job number, or Vendor name.
Idle lock	Auto-lock the app after a period of inactivity. Recommended on shared tablets.

Open the drawer (tap your avatar in the top-left) and tap Settings. Most defaults work for most users. The settings worth knowing about are described below.
