Mobile Release Notes (iOS and Android)

This release includes branding updates across iOS and Android Time Tracking, an enhanced Payroll Manager and Equipment Manager experience on Android, and numerous stability and UI fixes on both platforms.

iOS Time Tracking (1.319.2)

Enhancements

Coding Branding on Weekly/Daily Timecards Added coding branding to support attaching time to the correct job.

Equipment Picker Branding Updated the equipment picker on Equipment Weekly/Daily Timecards to match the Remote Payroll theme.

Spanish Translation Updates Translated additional UI elements into Spanish for improved localization.

Bug Fixes

Employee Picker UI with Long Names Resolved a UI issue where the Employee picker appeared broken when employee names were long.

Weekly Timecard Navigation Arrows (iPhone & iPad) Fixed navigation arrows being obscured by long employee names on both iPhone and iPad.

Required Symbol for Standard Cost Code The required symbol (*) now correctly displays for Standard Cost Codes when set as required.

Time Tracking Reference Replacement Resolved an issue where the Remote Payroll reference was not replaced by Time Tracking after an app crash.

Inactive G/L Accounts in Punch Clock Inactive General Ledger accounts no longer appear during Punch Clock coding.

Equipment Time Entry Unit Validation Resolved a 500 error when saving values greater than eight digits in the Units field of Equipment Time Entry.

Unit Time Deletion Errors Fixed a 500 error that occurred after deleting unit time entries on Weekly and Daily Timecards when Unit Descriptions are required.

Approve Icon for Reclaim Timecards The Approve icon now correctly creates the corresponding Reclaim timecard for the Payroll Admin role.

Move Time in Equipment Daily Timecard Restored Move Time functionality for the Payroll Admin role in the Equipment Daily Timecard.

Manual Units Alerts in Manage Punch Clock Records Manual Units alerts and values now display correctly on Weekly and Daily Timecards.

Blue Alert Updates for Punch Records The blue alert now updates with the Punch Record time when records are added with new coding.

App Crash on Inaccessible Default Coding Resolved an app crash that occurred when adding punches with inaccessible default coding.

General iOS UI Fixes Addressed various UI issues across iPhone and iPad.

Log Activity 404 Errors Fixed 404 errors in the Log Activity section when accessing Weekly Timecards after creating employees.

Group Name Display for Payroll Manager The Payroll Manager view now displays group names in place of approval path steps.

Data Upload Failed Message on Unit Deletion Resolved an erroneous Data Upload Failed message after deleting unit time in the Info tab under the Login Activity section.

Save Button Visibility on Time Entry Edits The Save button now displays correctly on the Add Time screen when editing employee time entries.

Android Time Tracking (1.302.2)

Enhancements

Daily Timecard Branding (Tablet) Added a branding update for daily timecards on tablet devices.

Employee Selection Picker Branding Updated branding for the Employee Selection picker on Weekly and Daily Timecards.

Pay Type Selection Picker Branding Updated branding for the Pay Type Selection picker on Weekly and Daily Timecards.

Synchronization Screen Branding Updated branding on the Synchronization screen for improved loading feedback.

General Settings Branding Refreshed the General Settings page to allow users to personalize the app appearance.

Support Help Screen Branding Updated branding on the Support Help screen, including spelling and styling fixes.

Detail Log Modal Branding Updated the Detail Log modal to reflect the new app branding.

Enhanced Payroll and Equipment Manager Experience Aligned the Payroll Manager and Equipment Manager experience with iOS, including filters, sort and refresh options, and Approve, Deny, Promote, and Reclaim actions.

Bug Fixes

Old Punch Clock Access from Widget Resolved an issue where users could open the old Punch Clock from the widget when the new Punch Clock was enabled for the Payroll group.

Missing Punch Add Failure Fixed an issue where punches added via the Missing Punch option were not being saved.

Overnight Shift Display Out punches now display correctly on the web when an IN punch is added for the previous day and an OUT punch for the current day (Overnight Shift OFF).

Duplicate Punches with Inaccessible Coding Resolved an issue where duplicate punches appeared when adding punches with inaccessible default coding (G/L accounts, pay types, and jobs).

Time Zone Update Error Fixed an unexpected error in View Punch Record History when updating to a specific time zone.

Crew Punch Time Mismatch Resolved a mismatch between Punch In time and Record creation time in the Crew Punch Clock.

Crew Punch Log Errors Fixed unexpected log errors when manually adding, editing, or deleting punch records in the Crew Punch Clock.

Equipment Time Entry Unit Validation Resolved a 500 error when saving values greater than eight digits in the Units field of Equipment Time Entry. A validation message now appears when the Time Entry Wizard is disabled.

Crew Punch Delete Error Fixed a 400 Bad Request error when deleting manual or automatic punches in the Crew Punch Clock.

Admin Permissions Access Resolved an issue where broken Admin permissions allowed full access to all app features.

Manual Units Discrepancy Manual Units values now match between mobile and web in the Manage Punch Clock Records section of Weekly and Daily Timecards.

Tablet Employee List Loading Fixed an issue where the employee list failed to load when accessing the Attendance and Time Entry menus on tablets.

Open App from Widget Resolved an issue where the app did not open when tapping Open App from the widget.

GPS Disabled App Crash Fixed an app crash that occurred when GPS was disabled and the user attempted to access Punch Clock or Attendance Punch.

Crashlytics Reporting Restored Crashlytics error reporting.

Unit Time Add/Remove Error Resolved a 500 error after consecutively adding and removing unit times on Weekly and Daily Timecards.

Admin Home Screen UI Fixed UI issues on the Admin home screen.

Tablet Daily Timecard Pay Type Group Resolved an issue where the employee list was not displayed on the Tablet Daily Timecard, preventing access to the Pay Type Group modal.

Equipment Manager No Time / Ready Buttons The No Time and Ready options at the bottom of the Equipment Manager view now respond when tapped.

Help Option in Manager Views The Help (?) option in the Payroll Manager and Equipment Manager now opens as expected.

Quick Look Modal The Quick Look modal now opens when tapping the eye icon in the Payroll Manager and Equipment Manager.

Payroll Manager Search and Filter Fixed search and filter functionality in the Payroll Manager.
