Send Missing Time Reminders

Once you know who's missing time, Vyki can send them a notification directly — no phone calls, no manual emails.

How to Do It

  1. In the same conversation where you found the missing time, ask Vyki to send reminders.

    "Send a reminder to everyone who still needs to enter time."

    "Text the three employees on that list and ask them to enter time by end of day."

  2. Review the recipient list Vyki returns.

    Vyki shows you exactly who will receive a notification before sending anything.

  3. Confirm to send.

    Type "Confirm" or "Yes" and Vyki sends the notifications. Employees receive an SMS or email depending on the contact information on their user record.

 

What the Employee Receives

Employees receive a short, clear message asking them to enter their time for the current pay period. The message comes from your company — employees do not interact with Vyki directly.

Note: Vyki checks before every send. If an employee submitted time after you asked the question, she skips them. No one gets a reminder they don't need.
