Vyki Audit Log and Session History

Every action Vyki takes is recorded. This section explains what's logged, where to find it, and how long it's kept.

Session History

Your conversation with Vyki is saved for 24 hours. During that window, you can scroll back through the chat to review what you asked and what Vyki did. After 24 hours, the session expires.

Note: If you need to pick up where you left off after a session expires, start a new conversation. Vyki won't remember the previous session, but all actions she took are still in the audit log.

 

Audit Log

The audit log is a permanent record of every action Vyki took on a time sheet. It is visible to administrators and accessible through the Payroll Manager summary email.

Each audit log entry records:

  • Which time sheet was affected
  • Which employee's time was changed
  • What changed (original value and new value)
  • The compliance rule or reason that triggered the change
  • The date and time the action was taken
  • Which Payroll Manager's session initiated the action

Note: Audit log entries are retained according to your company's hh2 data retention policy. Contact your hh2 Account Team if you need details on retention periods.

 

How to Review the Audit Log

  1. Open the Payroll Manager status summary email from Vyki.

  2. Click the link to the full audit log.

  3. Filter by date, employee, or action type to find what you need.
