We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inbound/Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. This role is critical in driving pipeline growth by qualifying inbound leads and proactively reaching out to potential customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for many prospects and play a key role in shaping their first impression of HH2.
What you will do
Inbound Lead Management
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and chat.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule discovery calls or demos.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
Outbound Prospecting
- Identify and research target accounts within the construction and field service industries.
- Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate interest.
- Set qualified meetings for Account Executives.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing to align on campaign messaging and lead follow-up.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Track and report on KPIs such as call volume, email engagement, and meetings booked.
What you will need
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in HR SaaS or construction tech.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
